North Star Athletics Help improve Strength & Power, Develop Coordination & Flexibility, Learn the Fundamentals of Movement & Socialization, Develop Skills & teamwork to help with other activities.

Our Tumble & Cheer 90 minute FUN-Field Trip includes:

• A private instructor 10:1 (student to instructor ratio)

• Warm up & stretching exercises

• Obstacle courses (balance & coordination)

• Tumbling & jumping on trampolines

• Games & Activities focused on teamwork

• Cool down activity

A minimum number of ten students is required for scheduling. Field trips are easy to book & days/time slots fill up quickly. A 50% pre-payment deposit is required to hold the date and time. The deposit is non- refundable but will be applied to the final invoice.
