Flyer Classes

Our Flyer Flexibility classes take place Friday nights from 4:30–5:00 PM and are designed to help athletes develop strong, clean body positions and control essential for stunting and flying.

Skills Taught
Athletes will focus on the mastery of flexibility, balance, and uniform body lines. Training includes work on stunt stands, flexibility drills, and balance exercises to improve control, extension, and consistency in the air.

Athletes may participate in Flyer Flexibility classes in one of the following ways:

Option 1: Monthly Flyer Flexibility Registration
Athletes may enroll for $35 per month. This option auto-renews monthly, with payment processed on the 1st of each month following initial registration.

If you wish to unenroll from monthly Flyer Flexibility, written notice must be provided at least 15 days before the end of the current month to avoid being billed for the following month.

Option 2: Drop-In Flyer Flexibility
Athletes may attend on a drop-in basis for $10 per class, paid at the door.
Athletes must have payment in hand before entering the floor in order to participate.

Flyer Flexibility classes are led by experienced coaches and focus on proper technique, strength, and consistency to support athlete safety and progression.
