Unlike gyms that split their focus across multiple programs, North Star Athletics is fully dedicated to All-Star cheerleading. Our entire facility, staff, and resources are focused solely on training competitive cheerleaders, allowing us to provide a level of coaching, athlete development, and strategic training that isn’t possible in programs where cheerleading is just one of many offerings. At North Star, every practice, every skill progression, and every decision is made with the singular goal of helping our athletes grow and succeed in All-Star cheer.
Safety, Certification, and Industry Standards
We are proud to be a USASF and Varsity-affiliated program—a distinction that prioritizes athlete safety and ensures that our coaching staff meets the highest standards. Every coach, gym owner, and anyone in a position of power at North Star Athletics undergoes a background check and maintains USASF certification. Many other competitions and organizations do not have these requirements, meaning anyone can coach without the same level of oversight. When choosing a gym, it’s important to consider who is leading the program and whether they are held to the highest safety and ethical standards.

With over 40 years of combined experience, Natalia and Jessica bring unmatched expertise, energy, and vision to the program. Their leadership inspires athletes to become strong, confident, and successful both on and off the mat.
